Our Story
Johnny Bravoz lives on South Main Street as a dual-purpose space — a proper coffee bar when the sun is up, a considered cocktail lounge after dark. No gimmicks, no theme nights. Just honest craft, served slowly.
We source our coffee from roasters who treat the bean with the same seriousness most people reserve for wine. Our bar program is built around seasonal spirits and ingredients you can actually pronounce. The space is designed for lingering — whether you're working, reading, or simply watching the light change.
The Coffee Bar
Rotating selection from specialty roasters. Ask about today's origin — it changes with the harvest.
V60 or Chemex, pulled to order. We weigh every gram. Takes five minutes because good coffee doesn't hurry.
Flat white, cortado, long black — made the way you ask, not the way is easiest. Oat and almond available.
Twelve-hour steep, served over a single cube. Smooth, low-acid, and genuinely refreshing on a warm day.
We also offer tea, house-made sodas, and a rotating selection of pastries from local bakers.
The Space
The interior is spare by design — plum-toned walls, warm amber light, natural materials. There's space to work during the day and room to settle in at night. Wi-Fi is reliable. The music is quiet but never absent.
